  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Lipo Connection Solutions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Lipo Connection Solutions ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days. Items such as power supplies are made to order and subject to parts avaliablity. You will conactacted and or refunded if there is a forseen product delay.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Lipo Connection Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    If you purchase a product and it arrives DOA or malfunctions within the warranty period please contact us at Lipo Connections Solutions so when can start the warranty process with us or the product vendor.

    We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lipoconnectionsolutions@gmail.com and wait for us to instruct you on what to do.

    Our exchange policy lasts 30 days on Lipo Connection Solutions manufactured producs days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. We will however offer you a discounted replacement item. Customer is responsible the cost of the replacement and shipping costs.

    Warranty On Chargers

    If you get a charger DOA or has failed within 1 year from date of purchase you must contact me IMMEDIATLY after recieving the product or after your failured has occured. I will open up a returns process with my vendor for an RMA. This may take 1-3 Business Days for our communication to take place. My vendor will then contact you with a RMA number, form to fill out, and a Prepaid Return Label. Only the charger itself must be returned. Even though its defective please package with care. They will ship another one out once they recieve the defective unit and check it out. Nothing will be Express or Expedited during this process. This return process can take 7-10 business to complete from inital RMA request until you recieving your charger. 

    Warranty on Power Supplies

    Power Supplies are warranty against DOA and Failure for 30 Days after successfull delivery. 

    To be eligble you must provide a seamless video of the offending power supply. This video should include the serial number, you plugging in the unit to an outlet, showing the fan not spinning, showing the lights in the rear, showing there is no voltage output to a volt meter or charger, you also must plug in a working device into the outlet to prove that is live. Once everything has been reviewed I will request that you destroy the unit and provide pictures of the unit. A single replacement will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days.
